The police in North Carolina have published multiple calls of 911 made after Iryna Zarutska, 23, was fatally stabbed in the Light Rail of Charlotte, in which the witnesses expressed their shock for the unpaved attack.
“This man only f —— stabbed this woman without any reason,” said an anguished witness in one of the six calls posted by the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department on Wednesday.
“Oh my God, he only stabbed her,” he said.

Detailed witnesses attempts from other passengers to help Zarutska, a Ukrainian refugee who was heading to Casa del Labor the night he was stabbed.
The witnesses reported that the victim did not respond on the train floor.
“She lost a lot of blood,” said a man in a call.
Another woman said people tried to press their wounds.
“There is only one lady right now on the ground with a lot of blood,” said the person he called. “People are going crazy.”
The person he called said he thought the victim did not respond.
“There are many people around them, everyone says they have gone,” said the person he called. “I think it’s gone.”

Zarutska was stabbed three times with a knife and was declared dead on the scene, according to an affidavit.
Some people who call 911, whose voices have been altered to protect their identity, provided description descriptions, and one described it with an orange hood.
Another described the suspect as having dreadlocks, with a hooded sweatshirt wrapped around his hand.
“He is walking from one side to another on the platform,” said the person he called. “It is on the opposite platform.”
A witness addressed the officers to the suspect, depart the Brown Jr., 34, the night of the fatal stabbing, according to the affidavit. He was accused of first degree murder, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
He has also been accused by the United States prosecutor in the west district of North Carolina to commit an act that causes death in a mass transport system, which could do it eligible for the death penalty, said the Department of Justice.
He has not yet presented a plea to the charges.
After the attack, the mayor of Charlotte, VI Lyles, said that the city would increase security in “effective” trains.
